Rise and Thrive Foundation

Rise and Thrive is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities to achieve optimal health and well-being. We work to bridge healthcare gaps, promote health equity, and build resilient communities by delivering comprehensive healthcare services, education, and support. Our focus includes community-based healthcare services such as HIV/AIDS, TB, and maternal health care, gender-based violence prevention and support, health education and promotion, capacity building for local healthcare workers, and advocacy for policy change.

Targeting low-income communities, women and children, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people living with HIV/AIDS, we aim to improve health outcomes, enhance community engagement, and strengthen healthcare systems while advancing social justice and human rights. Guided by values of compassion, empowerment, inclusivity, integrity, and collaboration, Rise and Thrive strives to increase access to quality healthcare, reduce health disparities, and foster sustainable partnerships. Together, we work to create a healthier, more equitable society for all.
